Yǔ Liáng Zhuōrú lùn Mòzǐ shū 與梁卓如論墨子書

‘Letter to Liáng Zhuōrú on the Mòzǐ’, a letter written by Sūn Yíràng to Liáng Qǐchāo in 1896, later collected in Zhòuqīng shùlín. Arguing that Mohism—and especially the long-neglected Mòjīng—deserved renewed scholarly attention, it became one of the founding documents of the modern revival of Mohist studies. The letter helped stimulate Liáng’s subsequent research and marks the beginning of a line of scholarship that culminated in the twentieth-century study of Mohist logic.
